We are a professional manufacturer of high pressure laminates (HPL). with more than 15 years experience.Generally we have three types of HPL:single side decorative HPL,post forming HPL,double side compact HPL.
Profile:
1.Choose substrte glue and tooles with high quantity. The substrates usually available in the market include blockboard,MDF,particleboard.ect. pay attention to the moisture content
And the smoothness of the substrates when choosing. Be sure the substrates are well sanded. The glue used should be good quality and with good adhesive strength. When
sutting the laminate, please use carbon steel tool and make all cuts from side color paper.
2.Evenly spread the glue on backside of the laminate and the surface of the substrate. If the surface is rugged and heavily water,absorbing, a second of glue is probably needed.
3, Let the glue spread the glue on backside. Notice:volatilizing time differs according to season,weather and geographic area,please take practical experoence&working condition Into account and refet to the indication on the package of glue.
4,Carefully adhere the laminate onto the substrate. Notice:any air between laminate and substrate should be driven out using rolling or rag while pressing the laminate to the wubstrate. Make sure the glue is well distributed and there is no any air between laminate and substrate.
5.Trim the side and clean.

1, Used for indoor only, not suitable for adh ring cement,concrete wall and gypsum wallboard directly.
2, Non-structural materil should be adhered to suitable basis materil.
3, Non suitable to lay down at the place with temperature over as 135ºC and insolation at sunshine directly.
